Chia & Linseed 'Light and Free'
Our 'Light and Free' loaf is organic, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, paleo and vegan. The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour milled in our GF premises. The loaf is packed with chia seeds and linseeds and includes kelp powder with more than 74 minerals. The other key ingredients are sea salt and tapioca flour. This bread is fantastic for sandwiches and toast and is also popular with children.
This loaf is a milder tasting version of our famous 'wild and free' loaf, using a special blend of of buckwheat flours. Plainer in texture too with only linseeds and chia seed in the loaf.
Ingredients:
Water, Buckwheat flour, Tapioca flour, Activated linseeds & chia seeds, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sea salt, Fresh yeast, Kelp powder, Olive oil (May contain traces of walnuts and /or sesame seeds)
All ingredients are organic unless unavailable.
(Note - We cannot ship fresh bread to rural addresses due to length of time in transport)

In the event of damage during delivery, Goodness Breads will accept 50% of the costs of the damaged product, once in reciept of photographic evidence to confirm the damaged goods.
